The Sussman Lab is currently studying how the human brain processes sound. If you are between the ages of 21 and 75, you may be eligible to participate in an EEG research study to help us achieve our goals. The study includes EEG cap placement, watching a movie, and pressing buttons in response to sounds. I hope you consider participating and helping us learn more about the human brain. If you are interested, we will need to complete a short 5-minute survey over the phone to confirm eligibility. After that, we can schedule your visit at a time that is convenient for you.
Participants:
- Normal-hearing adults, ages 21-75
- Male or female
- Spanish speakers are accepted
What to Expect:
- Watch a movie with subtitles
- Respond to sounds by pressing a button
- Session time is approximately 2.5 hours
Participants will receive:
- $60 for one visit
- Snacks & refreshments during breaktime
